This unit is intended for heavy load on and off road use in heavily modified diesel motors. The description just does not do these components justice, the clutch plates and billet cover of this unit are the strongest components available for these applications. The heavy guage clutch components and damperless lockup piston are nearly 4 times the thickness of units built with a stock type multiplate.

The lockup piston is fully splined to the turbine unlike other applications which have a floating piston that does not assist in holding capacity.  Specifications of this unit include.

12 inch furnace brazed pump with a generous anti balloon plate, chromoly hardened pump drive hub and choice of stall speeds available from 1200rpm to 2500 rpm.

Oversized sprag assembly with aircraft grade aluminum stator cap, hardened rollers, high tension springs and heavy duty torrington bearings.

Furnace brazed turbine assembly with 300m non twist steel turbine hub, one piece teflon seal, and silicon bronze hand tig welded fins for unmatched durability.

Massive damperless steel 3 plate lockup system with high carbon graphite frictions measuring over 100 square inches of clutch friction.

Thickest billet front cover in the industry with dual pattern bolt mounting for universal fit.

Precision mig welded at high speed to prevent distortion, Leak tested to over 100psi of pressure, triple fluid balanced and carefully inspect for runout less then .005.

SFI certified flexplate is highly recommended, hardware is included.
